To be fair, that is exactly where their modelling and assumptions lead them. They are very pessimistic long term because the model tells them that in the long run IFN is just sort of a stagnant holding company for a bunch of ageing wind assets. As always, the contention is over the modelling. I'm sure you appreciate one can come up with a model and set of assumptions to reach just about any conclusion.
So the question is what motivates the modelling and assumptions. Rarely do I believe anyone providing the public with stock analysis is doing it for the greater good - particularly when their analysis is somewhat of an outlier .
