Part of the reason Im in is because the project is in S Korea.
I love their can do attitude, the way they can build massive super tankers quicker/cheaper than any where else in the world speaks for it self.Also one of the most wired IT countries in the world.
As you said it is a highly speculative play but all these shell type companies have to start again somehow/somewhere.
Lots of selling at 005/006 IMO stale holders who want out as per most of these plays needs a whole new register of new/keen shareholders.
