    Again , once MAA is given, the regulator may ask for a post market data for review, to ensure product efficacy and it is what the label claims it is. Post market data is also required for MAA renewal. If the product is not sold, there will not be any Post market data. so it is prudent to delay the MAA process untill product is ready to be sold
