How can the management of this company be so flippant as to further dilute their own shareholders (again) by offering the entitlement offer to the shareholders of the target.
Talk about a terrible deal for the shareholders of SXL - great deal for AEO shareholders.
Maybe this co does not have a good future under the current chairman and directors.
Has to be said - glad I don't hold any SXL.
