you never know there might be some young 30 yr old tech guru who will walk in tomorrow and be able to pick the technology up and take it to the next level. Unfortunately for us all we are all replaceable and I think the same goes for optiscan management. Maybe their time is up and maybe they are the reason why it took so long to get to this point. Managers come and go everyday in every business. Thats why we do not have a job for life any more.
