I'm just not sure how much it matters to be honest. OIL got the funds to needed to complete the product, and its currents awaiting regulatory approval prior to commercial sales. Job done.
As far as the dispute between BOD and management goes, its a different story. On paper I have to say that perhaps Alan Hoffman's previous experience at companies like Shell and Wesfarmers might be better suited to OIL now its ready for commercial sales, but maybe Archie has more charisma with the troops.
Maybe we should simply look for someone completely new and qualified well enough to be acceptable to both camps.
