Yes your right, at the moment its like a fund manager with only one holding and doing nothing else.
That holding thou has rapidly increased in value and is now worth over A$10M.
At some point it will be sold (or part sold) and your left with a cash shell to either go & buy other assets, or it will be used for a reverse take-over, only it won't need to raise cash or do a share consolidation etc like many others have needed to.
There are probably enough PANR shareholders who have large AXT holdings as well, who if they wanted to could put forward a motion for the company to issue the PANR shares as a special dividend to its shareholders and remove AXT from the equation
Lots of possibilities I'd say
I See you don't own any stock and rate it a sell even although its worth 6.9 cents cash !!
