I don't even know why this company even needs an office. It only has to rely on news about it's PANR holdings. No news on PANR then AXT is quiet. This company basically does nothing. It basically needs just one person and a small room and an internet connection and that's about it and just wait for news on PANR.

No need for board of directors/company secretary/ etc. Why on earth would this company need 3 board of directors and 2 company secretaries surprises me. The company spent 84k last year in administration expenses alone.
