Further to this the offloading of 25M Shagang shares from 565,061,453 to 540,255,987 as recorded between Jan - March 2018 hasn't continued since the decision on JV into property because Shagang International Holdings Limited still held 540,255,987 as at time of their latest report 28/2/2019. see page 9 of financial report for year ended 2018 https://www.grangeresources.com.au/php/privatefile_downloader.php?lfid=4092&type=librarydownload
So i don't see this as anything more than a response to the property decision. If they paid more divy the SP would rocket....
