I doubt you will see one single share come out from the placement. At $100M valuation it's way too cheap given the Tier 1 management and the existing cobalt resource lat alone anything that is acquired. It looks as though Bryce and the team he has assembled are going to use JRV as the vehicle to become a major nickel/cobalt player in years to come. I will be buying more today.
