Hard to tell, seller has been at it for months now.  However what I can tell you is the NPAT will be between $3,960,000 and $4,400,000. Management is obliged to update the market if there is a "material" change in the prior profit guidance - that is greater the 10%. My money is on a 5% miss  -  $4,180,000.  Trading on a trailing PE of 6.5 but no-one cares except for the buyer/s that have been soaking up the seller. The good news is the market has not been updated. Dividend will be 9.2 cents less 5% say...8.74 cents plus franking credits......add 42.85% if you don't pay tax   -   that's 12.485 cents.   Healthy 13.87% franked up yield - better than cash right ? Don't expect the dividend till March or April though.  Seller might have figured this out and if he/she still has stock is now going to wait for the announcement and sell into the strength.
