I did the exercise by adding up Passport Capital's % voting power before and after the announcement.

Before the announceemtn they had:-

12.17%+1.17%+1.17%+0.04%=14.55%

After they had:-

8.00%+1.11%+0.34%+2.45%+0.20%+0.24%+0.46%+ 2.89%=15.69%

An increase in voting power of 1.14%.
