Chimera may be a good thing for SGL......However a word of caution
The old (original martino lead) board has very strong links to Chimera. SGL signed a financing arrangment with Chimera which almost caused the company to fold. The sale of 50% of the NSW assets to AGL was the only thing that saved SGL. As they were able to repay the debt.
Away the Chimera boys might be back to have another crack at SGL, which in the ST might be good for the SP.
