Considered my 55 cent offer and decided to ride their coat tails. They are shrewed business men and know that 55 cents is cheap.

All things considered $1.20 I'LL seriously consider.

Now before you all fall off your chairs laughing, I am willing to be in this for the long haul and my willingness is evident in my rejection to the 55 cent offer.
