Yes, there needs to be approval by shareholders. But before that, I think Prana should contact other potential co-operators to get other offers and get better deal for the shareholders. Life Bioscience does not have the product, but Prana has. Now it looks like Prana is the looser in spite it should be that Prana would be the winner.
