Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Grp has filed a Section 708A - Form...

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Grp has filed a Section 708A - Form 603-Notice of Initial Substantial Holdings of Prana.  I checked back on their listing of purchases which started on Sept 4,2018 which were all small purchases in the U.S market ADR's.  Then on Jan 2,2019 they purchased (by my count) 278,845 shares in the the U.S. market.  Remember those are ADR's.  Also note the Prana filed a New Issue Announcement of 15,789,360 Shares which I presume to be Aus. shs.  The Mitsubishi investment is just the type of shareholder we are looking for that I mentioned in my previous Thread.  Looks like 2019 is going to be a very interesting year.  Comments?
