I recon we are about to see some announcements on the proposed merger/takeover SGL announced a couple of weeks ago. The volume and strength of the SP today seems to comfirm something is happening.
I wonder if SAARD was simply a custodian of SGL shares for the takeover /merger company or if it is trying to keep the price down till a merger/takeover price is set?
Who knows, but SGL at around .80 cents for Christmas would be a nice present for those who have held on for so long.
