At some point TIS has to come come clean and tell us how quickly production can come on screen, if they have any stock from last run I assume they did fro extra data and if the marketing and dist deal they did before is still in place and ready to be executed and at what cost or do they have a finance package ready?. Add to that the realistic costs and time to FDA approval and then the market will reval them. The history is so poor in communication that anything they say will be discounted until they get some runs on the board. I just don't massive jumps that will be sustained as even after a decision it is about execution of the next stage and some would say a monkey could do that but aussie biotechs have a poor history of having the wrong monkeys. Would be surprised if there isn't a predator ready to pounce to get a bargain or prevent it from getting to market so that may add some price pressure as TIS is really on it's knees and possibly a easy target depending on rights to technology from Uni and if there is any TO protection in place.
Beer - I'll either be crying in it filling up a pot of knocking them back just to have a decision finished with let alone some decent upward price movement. The dream would be to have approval and announced at the same time the full plan of distribution / marketing so existing holders who have taken all the risk and held actually get rewards. Do a rights issue with options attached to get some near term cash and longer term top up and reward holders. yeah a dream .
