pretty simple mate, we produce no income, we have no cash for exploration, hence we're existing on a shoestring. And every time we try to get some cash through the market we have to raise it at a discount to the current market sp or its not attractive to speculators. And as soon as we do a CR at a discount to the market the sp drops to the CR price. Hence the CR is no longer attractive and nobody bothers buying. So it is a downwards spiral until eventually the sp is 0 because nobody believes we'll ever find anything ......
