It looks to me as if there is some disagreement b/w the board and 'major shareholder'... can only be Freidland. Quite odd really. Freidland seems to have a differnt agenda to the board. Must be something of value here but how it is all realised is now a little up in the air. W Hayden, the MD, is to be found in recently listed Ivanhoe Australia and other Friedland vehicles including new IPO Lucknow Gold.

I would have thought that any disgreements would be private matters and that 'major shareholders' would have been in the loop of company's direction.

The new chairman does look the goods.
