I wonder which "manager" and company would rate the worst ?  Stu and his "conglomerate" or the mob at BIG (Bigun).

Both managers would seem to have the same ideals (which include their own pockets but not necessarily those of the shareholders) and both companies seem destined for the same unhappy end !

Far too much of this going on with little legal action towards the perpetrators (wrist slapping with a wet tissue) and far too little attention to the shareholders who invested in good faith believing that the corporate regulator would protect them !
