Hi ervina. THe valuation of STU is difficult as I do not know many of a DCF calculation with sensible high and low figures for possible oil price projections, nor do I know the upside potential of its leases. However it looks well bid up at present wheras I would be looking elsewhere as there may be more upside in say 'CIG' . Santos is not stupid and it has bought into 'CIG' and its leases in effect . However it is a small company and it may never get anywhere however for what it is worth, and I am not an oil expert but looking at its leases, they look to me as if they could well have oil. Ask tastarga as he is the STU expert and no doubt understands oil companies far better than I. best wishes to you B2
