When the share price is below the sum total of assets there is something wrong with management.We are heading for a take over by our major share holder. The board should put our land holdings on the market and distribute the proceeds .Under their present stratergey they are favouring one major share holder over all others and gifting the company to them.If the current intergrated industry model is so great when are the share holders going to see some outcomes.The question must be asked is the board self serving?
