Jcraig - 'going nowhere' but the chart is pointing to a big move very shortly: narrowing range, breaking long term downtrend, rising volume. Its only a mater of days...
As to SGP and the REIT industry generally, I think the bad stuff is behind them: they've all taken their pain, devalued assets, raised cash, paid off debt, the rest of the economy is saying things are actuall looking OK, but that hasn't caught on in REIT yet.
