they have lost touch with their customers. Treated shareholders with disdain over shareholder card, and replaced it with crappy flyby and fuel thing. Lots of people have gone off them. They prices have crept up, hence their sudden advertising splurge to rectify perceptions (2000 specials a week). the cost of doing business is much higher that WOW, and they are 5 years or more away from being to same levels as WOW.
