Things can take longer than expected in India, but that doesn’t mean they somehow lost the deal. The company has stated that the delay in the Indian Army purchase order is because the scope of the deal is increasing. Now other branches of their military are making public statements about the urgent need for “Smart Perimeters” - this is AVA’s core business. 

Mexican pipeline theft and US border wall are both good for AVA. Mining3 shows the potential to take their unique A.I. capabilities into new markets. I’m hearing that Mining3 are very happy with the amount of interest that has already been expressed in their joint solution, which can pay for itself in less than a year based on detecting problems before conveyor belts fail. 

Future is very bright for this company. I rate it a STRONG BUY at this price, regardless of what the current technical analysis says.
