AIX poster is as scarce as hen's teeth. Glad you are enthusiastic about it.
It is a gem IMHO. Large land holding, and potential to be developed as dispatch centres for e-commerce.
IMHO, You can trade and hold this stock. Sometimes, the price could easily become volatile due to relative thin market, and caused by stop loss.
I hold a good position on this, but have not much success in trading. But I will try harder.
