Tenbanger - I fit right into that demographic. I gave up soft drinks (at least the full sugar version) years ago, but I used to drink lots of the stuff in my teens/early 20s. I imagine it's an age/health related thing, i.e. only the very young can get away with it. I still drink the sweet stuff if eating junk food or mixing with JD or other cheap whiskies, or at otherwise festive occasions. Unless parents get more disciplined (not likely, from what I've seen), kids will continue to drink lots of it. I think it'll always be the drink of choice with takeaways, and any festive or leisure occasions. This means limited growth, but I don't think it will lead to long term decline. Just stagnation.
Indonesia, on the other hand, won't be able to get enough of the stuff, once they can afford to drink it regularly.
Won't grow exponentially, but will keep growing 10%+ IMHO.
