Is there any evidence to support your claim? What exactly are you saying? Last time I checked, TLS, IIN, MTU and TPM were all acquiring subscribers.

To give an example, in the last financial year:

IIN increased subscribers by 40, 000 from 910,000 to 950,000.

TPM increased subscribers by 77, 000 from 671,000 to 748,000

IIN has more overall subscribers, but TPM gained more absolute subscribers and more in percentage terms.

TLS has more broadband subscribers than anyone else, even more than TPM and IIN combined.
