not sure why a capital raise would be on your mind atm.
They recently raised 20mil at 0.27 (Chinese Rockcheck) & 10mil at 0.27 (5mil went to Anglo) for a total of $8.1mil.
Note Chinese have since increased their stake (on market) to 25mil.
Pan Australian Nominees also have come on board.
All this activity suggests some sort of news flow soon.
