If they have put the supply contract out to tender surely this is breaching Sigma's exclusive rights to negotiate for renewal of the three year agreement.
CW are getting too big for their boots and will not have any friends anywhere in the industry soon. EBOS and API won't want their businesses at terms offensive to their own groups. I think Sigma should call their bluff and hit them with every legal remedy available to them.
