Your kidding me! This is going to end up destroying the universality of our pbs system . Before too long these suppliers will ad minimum spends to their accounts and tough luck if you only have one patient on that particular drug. These types of drugs are also the ones that are actually profitable for the likes of sigma to distribute. Take too many of them out and all they are left with is the cheap very low margin items.
