I hold API as well.
Casual staff maybe cyclical given christmas trading period coming up.
Also means no long term commitments if there was a merger.
I doubt API wants CW.
Would only be Symbion or CCH both would think carefully before jumping into bed with CW.
SIG has ASX listing to get media attention imagine the if it was two private companies this dirty laundry would not be in the papers it would be all done behind closed doors without a news story or any negative community repercussions for CW wheeling and dealing in the background.
