Now that confirms my suspicions, with almost all the Industry looking at the data, to genuinely make an offer or just poking around just because The data is on the table for them to view.
No wonder we have so much dirt out in the public forums.
On the other hand the negative comments on public forums are designed to shake of any long-term holder to sell.
Also talking the company down to reduce the price potentially below the offer amount to scoop up any cheap shares knowing that the offer values in advance.
I dont know how is this a even playing field for the share holders, as we are being kept in the dark and yet the data is on display for the bidders to look in to.
I blame the management as the information should also be shared with the shareholders in order for the shareholders to have full visibility to make it clear decision.
Why dont the management raise the capital needed from the existing loyal shareholders who have stuck by them all along.
