they had some dork from FP on one of the business channels on monday night and he pontificated that it was as good an offer as people would get and an excellent premium to last trading price on the friday (3.50 or so IIRC). no reference to the fact that it had been above 4 shortly before that. when quizzed on some of the details of AOE's attributes he just waved his hand and said he'd have to check.... yeah right, take advice from someone who said to sell and he couldn't even answer a basic question about the company.....
