Once again this is why Kat does not provide a balanced view point as he claims. He is extremely negative. This is a very smart move by qfx and he acknowledges..nothing.

Even wording such as "Cannot afford to run the business any more" presuming thats why this deal has taken place..is OPINION. Of course is it worded like an opinion? Nope. It isn't that you assume you're right constantly that I hate at all..It's you wasting all of our time and poisoning discussion when you have nothing to gain or lose.
