an average report - NTA now 22c mainly due to lower AUD,they really need to get the vacancy rate down - up to 46% on some buildings! gearing sl down to 61% but need to reborrow within the next 2 years - lets hope they can sell the port before then.
it mainly hinges on how much they can get for the non-core assets which might be below cost and hit the NTA. No div is ok as long as they have the cash flow and can reduce debt.
all these transactions are of course involving fees.
i see they are giving 1 month free rent each year on new leases - it must be tough to lease out!
