Some fair and valid points made......I think that all directors of micro/small caps should be held to a high level of accountability for past performances.

There is no doubt that the history of companies has shown that good performance is a trait as is poor performance....hence the reason for shareholders to invest in companies where the directors have been successful in the past and to be wary of investing in companies where the directors are unproven or have previously failed.

In terms of ALT it is a fact that Michael Mansour has been a director for more than 10 years and Ross Mangelsdorf almost 7 years.....so this is an ample period of time in which to assess their performance.

I went back to Sept 2005 at the time the SP was approx 3.2c - 3.5c and there were 160m shares so the Market Cap (MC) was say approx $5m. Fast forward to July 2015 the Market Cap (MC) is say $10m but post CR there will be approx 1.4b shares.....so in simple terms shareholders are considerably worse off......there has been no value added and they have been diluted by more than 75%.

I think it is fair to say that they should be on their last chance....lucky for them I think that they are on a winner with PeriCoach.....but time will tell.
