Definitely wouldn't be going for an equity raise at this point in time (price)
We already have an excellent asset (acquired for a song) that has significant strategic value and imo we are well placed in a period of consolidation/corporate activity in PNG.
I don't think our management are sitting on their hands. The strategy you have outlined is very close to what they have done with Pandora. CMT doesn't have the balance sheet to take on new assets nor should they attempt it imho.
This is a terrible time in energy markets but this will pass
