    I think it's quite possible it will play out that way. One would think he's served his purpose (for SML).

    His holding in NAE is tiny, so other than collecting $60k a year in fees, there doesn't appear to be too much incentive for him to hang around. In saying that, his holding in SML is small too, so maybe he's happy to sit there and keep collecting for as long as he can until he is moved on.
