Immediate capital injection required to fulfil 2012 exploration commitments addressed in Resolutions 1 and 2 of August 2012 General Meeting

From Notice of Meeting:

Resolution 1 – Ratification of Allotment and Issue of Shares

Resolution 2 – Grant of Options to Mr Kane Marshall

The Directors believe that it is prudent for the Company to have a share placement facility available so
that additional equity funds can be raised if considered necessary. If not utilised, the facility would lapse
3 months after the date of the meeting.

Strange that there is no mention that I can see in the notice of meeting that specifies any such "immediate" need for additional capital.
