It will be an interesting meeting that is for sure.
IMO, I don’t think the KEY board will have any problems getting the numbers up on all resolutions given KEY’s top 20 control 47% of the capital structure, which also includes our largest holder EGO who have a 16% interest. I actually plan to vote yes only for some resolutions.
Anyway, when we do get the capital injection, it will be interesting to see what happens next. The statement about “Immediate capital injection required to fulfil 2012 exploration commitments” is strange given our only well in 2012 is a free carry from BRU.
