    ?? I think they use a half wing to steer underwater.

    So, look at a wing  as having  2 different forms for functions in 2 different elements.

    And remember that the vehicle is a different shape in each element.


    Feet do the propulsion underwater.


    If you are a fingerling- be very afraid
