I have seen this play before, if you know there is a cap raising around the corner, why would you let the price run, you simply hold it back so the cap raising is done at this level, then you let it go. Have a look at FDL cap raising at .10 cents, price gets to .20 today hemmmm interesting,
You want another one ESI, cap raising at .05cents price runs to .15 cents, that’s how you look after your mates.
