Two types of people in the housing market flippers and investors - but by your logic if I buy a house I must be a flipper.

You can make a whole lot of arguments look ok but now you're just rambling.

At least taking action and getting it on record is better than just sitting by and being fatalistic about things.

As I said I don't need life lessons from you.
