I'm with you.

I have written to ASIC and got a standard reply thanks we will investigate but we can't tell you what we are doing or what the result is, so no transparency.

I have had numerous talks and emails with the company in fact I have just sent them another email today. I won't post the whole email but the last two paragraphs read thus

Right now, more than ever, we need leadership and strong voices within the company to ensure the future of DLS and that, moreover, we are not being taken advantage of. There are things that can be done - it only requires some imagination and a will to achieve it.

I implore you to take some action that shows, in a positive sense, that this board supports it's shareholders and is doing everything possible to protect shareholder value and interests because I am getting a sense of fatalism here.

Anyhow I feel your pain.
