To be quite honest I was expecting this merger to occur in December which I guessed was roughly the time when the 3- month VWAP would have justified the move.
Given that it has happened faster than I expected I'll review the situation when we get to 90cents. $1.30 has a nice ring to it if you are prepared to wait it out.
