Haha. You give me too much cred Pbnewby.
Hopefully over the weekend I can find past posts which discussed the possible T/O in detail.

After having a little time to get over the annoyance of DLS not getting a better premium (its not like Walter is out there shouting from the roof tops and showing that DLS is undervalued, which I think it is compared to BPT) I think the 'market', will very much like BPT/DLS merged entity and price it accordingly in the future, in fact with BPTs regular dividend, those wanting income and growth will only have BPT to choose from. Neither SXY nor AWE offer that. So I may well hold on for the merger, as I think their could be another 10-20% just in a higher premium to be paid for a bigger, and arguably more financially secure one.

Also, BPT could still sell their main asset to free up $100s of millions which the market does not give much value to. Hmmm.. Lots to think about.
