If you look back through the posts on KIS, you will see way back in June I found a twitter post from a company called African compass international, which had tweeted it was talking to KIS. Its website showed prvious tungsten projects. On June 21, I posted a question on their facebook page asking if they were in discussions with KIS. I just got a reply today, which verbatim said "Yes we are".
