Is this not strange, they announce a new shareplacement and only mention 15% new shares and aiming at raising $ 20 million.
They do not know the record date and have not mentioned any price.
Moreover, they must know through the register who the buyer is, more than 20 million shares were traded last week (s) , which is very remarkable for this stock and everybody wants to find out as a management.
To my opinion they must be in talks to the buyer, maybe put even some pressure on him with the share placement or not.
This game is not over yet, neither the buying!
